Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the product is in original condition

  • the product has not been modified, damaged, or misused

  • all original packaging is included

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@phasetwomusic.com before sending the product back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Warranty

Phase Two Music products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • misuse or abuse

  • unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • use of incorrect power supplies

  • normal wear and cosmetic aging

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us with a description of the issue and your order information.

Repairs and Support

If a product is outside the warranty period, we may still be able to offer repair services. Please contact us to discuss available options.

Limitation

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
